CVS Pharmacy 12080 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33437

"Honestly., it takes allot for me to write this kind of review. I ALSO as you will read others review have NEVER seen a pharmacy where soany people seem sooooo miserable and put out. There are a couple nice people there BUT the rude, don't say Hello" etc people unfortunately outweighed the kind employees in pharmacy. I have a suggestion. If you hate your job, and working with people so bad Maybe this career ISN'T for you. Honestly. I don't understand it. No one is forcing you to do this! Unfortunately I responded rudely back, which I regret, as I know better. I just challe ge many of these employees at this location to ask themselves WHY they are doing this of they have this much disdain. Read many reviews. I am far from the only one who has had and seen this experience."

"The drugstore and pharmacy is never open at this CVS. Their hours are ridiculous and wrong on Google. I know that Boynton Beach used to be for the elderly and retired but hard-working people are moving here so you must have more hours to service the community appropriately. Every single time I come to the store DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS you’re closed. I’m changing my pharmacy to another. WISH I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR ALL MY TIME WASTED!!!!"

"Diems who works the store front approached me with exceptional customer service. Happy and pleasant and when I requested the manager was more then happy to help me. Luda matched the same customer service and was able to provide me with all I needed. They made my customer experience to make my actual day. I really hope this is recognized. Great team work!"
