"I am a rewards member with Vitamin Shoppe & usually order on their website. I miscalculated a bit and was getting low on “Soloray” garlic & parsley & on “Amazing Herbs” black seed oil, so I took a chance and came to the store to see if they have those items. Associate knew exactly where it was in store & was helpful & professional. I was out with my purchase in no time."

"I really like this company, but this location leaves a few things to be desired. Customer service is inconsistent, and products are not always in stock. Today, there were 3 people at the register area. The female employee was glued to her cell phone when I was standing there trying to get assistance. So, I went to the male employee who was helping other people around the store and was nice and helped me (he was also the one that greeted me). Employees were quite chatty with each other, especially the female, and she was unfriendly. The Waterford location is better, and it's always a pleasant experience there."

"I was greeted. Very nice inside. I was also looking lost and the young man asked me what I was looking for and once the cashiers saw what it was, they both said they would help me. They ended up making it a joke and seeing who would finish first to help me..i thought that was cool to see customer service like that."
