Reviews of Walmart Neighborhood Market
"This place has changed over the years, workers act like they are on a playground, yelling and screaming Back-and-forth, you can't hear yourself. Think.. it's far from relaxing. I think they need a little more training, where is the kindness in respect for the customer? I used to enjoy that particular store now. I go out of my way to go to a more professional run store."
"Patrick and Melvin were super helpful today I can't remember exactly if his name was Melvin, He was an African American Male wearing a grey dress shirt and was a cashier around 530-6 PM"
"Not a bad place to go to shop at, they're generally pretty cheap. However one of the workers, Melvin, doesn't know what he's talking about. He tried to convince me they only have one size bag of ice, but he was wrong. He had also accused me of trying to bag something that I didn't pay for when I had paid for it. He charged me for multiple things I bought separately with multiple receipts for no reason."
"They do not close at 11 pm. I got there at 10:57 PM tonight and was denied entry by associate Vihn. I love Wal-Mart, but I just want to let other people know not to plan any last minute shopping there, at least not at this location."
"I've been shopping at my local Walmart marketplace for 12 years now. I have always had a more than positive experience here. However today, the one employee, Tracy, give me the worst experience I have ever had at this location and of Walmart in general. I showed up promptly at 11:00 a.m. for my grocery pickup and called the number that they place in the parking lot that states "here to pick up? Call this number to let us know." I called five times with no answer. I eventually gave up went back home, and then came back out later at 11:50 a.m. no one was answering the phone again during my second attempt to pick up my order. I went online to then cancel the order and went into the store to get the items that I needed. I could not find the items I needed, and therefore went to the help desk to try to find them. I explained that I had an order I requested to be canceled and that if it was still available I would like to pick it up if possible. The person at the desk was very rude and referred me to Tracy. Tracy was also exceptionally rude and was upset with me for some reason. I explained to her the situation, and all she did was complain about their situation. She started rambling off about how they were overstaffed, and couldn't find anything and it had been like this all day for them. I was not rude nor did I raise my voice. I showed great patience by leaving and coming back again, and even trying to come into the store to get my groceries. Instead of thanking me for this patience, TRACEY proceeded to say that they are overstaffed and that "a little patience from me could go a long way." this was incredibly offensive as I had already been more than patient in this situation and did not treat anyone poorly. I then proceeded to tell her that it's okay if she could not find the order because I did put in a cancellation request. She then complained to me that she couldn't find it because it was canceled "a whole hour ago" according to her. Which I know is a flat lie, because I only put in the request at 12:00 p.m., once I made the second attempt to pick up my groceries and no one answered the phone again."
