"I arrived to go shop with my sister at this location and we were greeted by the man with black hair, he was extremely nice and provided great customer service however I never purchased my items due to the disrespect I received. The more muscular man who is the store manager told one of the younger employees to "watch the black girl and make sure she isn’t stealing” in Spanish but he wasn’t aware that I understood him due to me being a dark person I guess, I am disgusted that this is how this location now runs their establishment so I left but I called and asked for their names and their customer service line they said they didn’t have one and couldn’t provide me with any names."

"I don't understand how carters allow this! A group of women from Brazil came and took possession of all the merchandise especially, and I was with my wife looking for some things for my unborn baby and we didn't get anything! We spoke with the manager of the store and his very rude reply was "they are resellers", and that is why we allow them to keep all the specials and apart from not letting circulate or hagar merchandise especially to other customers!"

"This Carter's store carries a nice selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for boys and girls, ranging from babies to older kids. Customer service is lacking in some areas.The associates walking around were not as cordial or helpful when I asked questions about one of their sales. I got better treatment at checkout."
