At one point I needed to speak to a Manager and Larry came to me as soon as the cashier requested him. He was very professional and humble listening to me. definitely, I will visit this store once again."

"Will be finding LITERALLY ANY OTHER CVS to fill my prescriptions. The lady I spoke to was curt on the phone and after making me repeat my personal information 3 times, told me I would receive a text when it was ready. After an hour I went to the store just in case I didn’t get the text for some reason, and asked the lady at the counter. Another lady in the back of the pharmacy yelled loudly “I WAS THE ONE YOU SPOKE TO. IT’S NOT READY YET ITS ONLY BEEN 30 MINUTES AND THIS STUFF TAKES TIME. IT WILL BE READY AT 6”. So I walked out without a single word, thoroughly embarrassed. Mind you, it had been an hour, not 30 mins, AND I received a text fifteen minutes after I left which was 4:15. So she screamed and embarrassed me and told me to come back two hours later, then prepared it right away and was done in less than twenty. When I returned at 6, since that’s when I was told to come back by that nasty lady, I walked up and lo and behold she was the one to ring me up. I said nothing but the minimum to her and left. She did not go over my prescription with me, and started helping another dude before my transaction was even done. No goodbye, no thanks for waiting, no sorry about earlier, just a horrible lady with a horrible attitude. As I was ringing out there was a younger attractive dude who was standing in the back and went to help someone in the drive through. Car pulls up and he says “NAME. DATE OF BIRTH. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. THERE YOU GO”. No hello, no goodbye, no smile, nothing. If everyone at this place hates their job, LEAVE. If I ever have to return to this location again- I’m matching energy. I guarantee if I match the energy they give me I will be refused service and asked to leave. These people need to be humbled."

"UPDATE: Apparently customers aren't the only ones having a serious problem with them. Doctors offices and insurance have stated on two medications that were called in, that CVS was just too lazy to push a button on their end which would approve/fill medication. They are quick to blame doctors but after calling the doctors and the insurance company it's clear on who the problem is. Maybe they need staff training? Either way, extremely unreliable and difficult to deal with. You're better off talking to a wall. Constantly have issues with getting my medication filled every month. Either they fill the wrong ones, put them back to early, or don't contact me when they are ready. Also happens for my daughter's medications as well. After waiting 15+ minutes to pick up meds just to be told they don't have the correct one filled or put it back way earlier than what was stated in their messaging system is beyond frustrating."
