Walgreens Pharmacy

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever filled with. They will deny you medications and treat you like absolute garbage. They are extremely rude and every time you go there, you will be leaving feeling worse than you were before. Everyone I know said the same thing about this place too. Shame on you Walgreens for allowing this."

"I have never had a positive experience with this pharmacy. If you use the app, it never sends the request. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be and their excuse is that they were busy. There is always an issue with something here. Thankfully I have been able to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere."

"This pharmacy is going down hill quickly. I don't know what's going on there but I have had continual problems. I have been using this same pharmacy for 9 yrs. But for the last yr. everytime I need to refill my medication it is a constant problem with the Pharmacist NOT the staff."

"3rd month in a row my medication is delayed due to it being “out of stock.” Called the pharmacy (after 1 week of waiting patiently) for more information and the pharmacist Tamika was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional, unwilling to provide any information to assist in resolving the issue. She also lied and stated that “ALL pharmacies are having the same supplier issues” but I subsequently called around to other pharmacies and found that statement to be untrue. Pharmacist expected me to just continue waiting around with no timeframe or idea on when my refill would be available “maybe today but if not, maybe the next truck whenever that is.” Unacceptable!! This pharmacy needs to do better with inventory management and communication, until then I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Also I was told there is no pharmacy manager at this location currently. IF this is true, it could explain the reason for all the low ratings and problems going on there, so I will also be filing a complaint with corporate as well."

"Booked a COVID 19 PCR test well in advance because of international travel in 2 days. The day before my scheduled appointment at 7pm, i receive a call telling me they need to cxl my appointment due to unavailability of tests. So now i have to scramble to see if i can set up another appointment somewhere else. This is crazy. I understand you block any future appointments but you make sure you have enough to appointments on the books. This is such an inconvenience."
