"I’ve been going to this place for years but today the owner was unnecessarily nasty to me. I asked a question to be sure that the ingredients of a facial tea that she no longer sells could be used safely as a bath tea. Since she no longer sells it- instead of just saying she’s sorry she didn’t archive that recipe, she told me I should have written the ingredients down and that I should not have gone so long without visiting her shop. I tried to thwart her smart comments but she continued to antagonize me. I will not be returning. I’m glad she showed me who she is because I wouldn’t want natural medicine from a person with that kind of spirit."

"I ned for your store employees to be more knowledgeable on the products being given to customers. Especially if it’s a first timer. Not sure I would want to visit again, makes me really nervous about purchasing the correct product. Also, if the customer ask Questions don’t look like we are bothering you or it’s a hassle, because remember, we keep your doors open. Highly disappointed."
