"Horrible customer service. Apparently the employee Armando says that the paint area of the store is closed 15 minutes before closing time. I asked if there was any type of signage that said that it closed early and I got a reply of I don’t know I don’t make the rules. Poor customer service like this will be the reason why I will drive to another Ace Hardware in order to get what I need. Unfortunately the only store in my area that sells the type of paint my wife needed in order to finish a project for our son’s birthday. Update: So I went back today still needing the paint for my wife to finish my sons project. I was not looking for a manager or anyone to complain about my experience yesterday. However, the manager Ed recognized and approached me as I was waiting. He apologized and definitely made it right for me. I appreciate him and he definitely understands the meaning of customer service. The paint manager was a very pleasant lady as well. Thank you."
