"This store SUCKS. The employees are rude the shelves are ALWAYS bare. The self checkout NEVER works but the employees will sit there and let you try without saying a word about it being broken. It's Sunday morning and my grandson woke with a cough so I went to DG to get him some cough medicine and I forgot my wallet. The Oompa loompa working tried to i.d. me. I'm almost 50 with gray hair. I told her I forgot my wallet and my grandson was sick . She actually said "oh well". I'll go to the DG at Pine Island and Andalusia from now on. UPDATE: Store still sucks. Go there now and if the store managers working she's sitting in her Jeep doing nothing but smoking cigarettes. Someone needs to tell her her store looks horrible and no one wants to go there."

"So I literally just left this DG.. and my mind is blown. Here I am with my son, and we are in the check out line, and I go to pay, and I'm short $2 on a $5 purchase.. I really swore I had this money and I did not. The cashier, she is named JENNA, got out her wallet and paid what I owed!! She did not have to do that at all.. I don't know what inspired her to do that, but I am eternally grateful and extremely appreciative. My week literally has been awful, I fractured a vertebrae in my back, and its been an incredibly difficult week. I can not express my gratitude enough for her kindness. I am also a retail manager I have been a manager for over 20 years. I appreciate good customer service, and a positive experience created out of a potentially embarrassing situation for me. I think that Jenna's action, is the extra step, and the shining star we in retail, all look for in an employee.. I hope DG sees this review, and takes note of this.. Promote this girl!!!! Jenna you were awesome!!! You helped me out, and I appreciate it so very much!!!"

"Went into the store and Couldn't even walk anywhere. stuff was all over the floors very dirty. store public restroom been broke for months as long as the self check out hasn't worked in a long time. We will never be back. stay away"

"Place is an accident waiting to happen. Employees can care less. Coolers has been leaking for months. Water on the floor while employee goes back and forth to the front ignores it. Said something about the cooler and by the Pepsi and she lady said that coolers been doing that for months. Place as boxes on isle corners, stock carts all over and floors looks like it's never been cleaned"
