"This store was closed - it looks like construction is going on. I should have called first."
"The food is delicious"
"If I could rate zero stars or even less, I would. Yesterday I made a deposit from the EL Paisa store in the North Porth location, which I had already done before, the lady who always attends the site, asked me for my name and since the transaction was a cash deposit for a account in my name in Colombia, the lady told me: "don't worry, here are your details", taking that into account I didn't worry. When he asked me to sign, I did so automatically, as I mistakenly assumed that the information was correct. I left the site with the receipts in hand, but as indicated: I mistakenly did not check that the transaction was done correctly, as requested. Hours later, when I checked my bank account in Colombia, I realized that the money had not arrived, so I checked the receipts, and oh surprise, the data was totally wrong, not only was the deposit made to the wrong person, but even the sender's name does not correspond to my name. When calling and making the claim, the lady insists that she asked me to review the documents before signing, which was not true, however, I accept the mistake of not reviewing. When I called the customer service line, after waiting almost 24 hours for the problem to be resolved, they told me that nothing can be done, that the transaction was made and the money was deposited to another person and that the transaction cannot be reversed. . So I told the customer service agent: is my money lost? He tells me: from his perspective, yes, the money was lost. And I wonder from what other perspective can it be seen? The money was lost by mistake on both sides, both on the part of the lady who made the transaction and on my part because I trusted that she was doing her job well. On the other hand, I wonder how many other people this has happened to? And if it is your modus operandi, is it part of your business?"
"Great service! The owner is so kind. Perfect for money transfer and shipping to South America!"
"Just didn't like it seemed dirty to me so I left"
