"This is not a Trans-Friendly Pharmacy Not only did they consistently (after being corrected over 3 times) deadname my friend, but they also suggested that they re-use syringes when the pharmacy had not given them enough. After multiple days of calling the pharmacy, the team gave my friend the wrong sized syringes, so they had to delay taking their medication ANOTHER day. The next day my friend called and they had sent their pharmacist to another store, so it delayed my friend taking their medication further. If my friend was dependent on that medication to live they would have died. The pharmacy consistently ignored what they needed and belittled them. When my friend called again, the pharmacy tried to explain how they were confused. They were not confused. It takes a lot to receive a bad review, I worked in customer service, I know how draining and difficult it can be, but this was ridiculous. I advise any trans person to seek out a different pharmacy, it will save you a lot of time and energy."

"Do not waste any time getting online and setting up an appointment with this location. I set one appointment and waited 45 minutes and walk ins were given priority. Set a second appointment one month in advance to give them another chance and when I got there, this Walgreens was out of what I ordered and instructed me to download the Walgreens app to find it instead of doing it for me after completely wasting my time. What a joke."
