"Very nice area if you like to shop small local stores, good food and ice cream too! I was put in daycare while the wife tasted wine. It was ok, beer and ESPN... I did just fine. Indian rocks beach was great, windy and cold in February but nice to walk on."
"This is a great place to spend the day and experience a different vibe and culture. There are authentic Greek restaurants and bakers scattered throughout, all sorts of shops, boat rides, and hand rolled cigars. We will definitely return on our next visit to the Tampa area."
"Enjoyed a spontaneous to Tarpon Springs. It was a beautiful day. We also took a short 2-hr cruise. It was a good day."
"Fun place to see and walk around. Some may call a tourist trap but we enjoyed all the little shops and restaurants. They have boat rides. We really liked that the whole area is pet friendly. We got a few souvenirs really cheap."
"Take a step into Greek culture in this quaint Greek Town of tarpon Springs. Friendly people Amazing Fresh Foods and so much history. This def is a slice of Greece right here so authentic makes you feel like you’re really there. Wide variety of Greek foods gyros, spanakopita and let’s not forget their amazing fresh baked breads and desserts. Shopping here is great too from fresh sponges and so fresh they even still smell like the ocean lots of unique finds here. They even offer a boat ride out to where they harvest the sponges. Another amazing thing is if you’re a movie buff like me they filmed some scenes of the movie Dolphin Tale here. Definitely a must see. Happy Exploring!!"
