"WORN OUT CAR WASH SCRATCHED MY VEHICLE! Bad management! I had to point out at least a dozen spots on my vehicle that needed attention after it went through the wash, and it was STILL FULL OF STREAKS AND WATER SPOTS! I upgraded my wash package, and had a nice tip ready for the staff outside, until I had to constantly babysit them, show them everything that they were missing... I put in a request to have the owner contact me, and it was ignored! Awful, AWFUL service! DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! You could possibly end up with a scratched up vehicle, and looking worse than it was when you brought it there."

"I just want to give a hug shout out to Waterworx and Nathan. I was having a terrible start to day (car was part of some vandalism spree across the county). Nathan was so kind and took pride in cleaning all the glass out of my car from the busted window. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back."

"Friendly, did a decent job on the interior. Though I paid for a hand was and quick ceramic wax, I still had bugs on my mirror and front bumper. Pretty disappointed to find they didnt do a very thorough job on the exterior, was considering coming back for a full wax but after seeing they missed that, I don't think I'd come back. If you come here I wouldn't expect a thorough clean regular cleaning. I could do better at home."

"Had my pick up truck washed today, cost me $26.95 and was not worth that cost. First, the car wash systems did a fair, at best job. The advertised price included undercarriage, wheels and tire shine from the wash, vacuum, windows, etc. The wheels looked as though they simply had water sprayed on them. We have, what seems to be, an early dusting of pollen and it was on my black truck, even after the wash it was still on the hood, around the mirrors, windows and wheel wells. The best answer they could provide was that I probably needed a hand wash, for $30.00. Your kidding me! I just paid $26.95! The windows were better than than when I arrived but, streaky and still hazy from dirt. The best I can say about my experience was that the detailers were pleasant and did a good job vacuuming. Guess I should take their advice and hand wash it...If I do it (myself) I'll save $30.00....or is that $56.00."

"Traveling from Atlanta to Destin caused the birds to do a lot of damage to my car..lol I desperately needed a car wash. I stopped by this place and they were amazing!!! My car was super clean. I was beyond impressed. It was a little bit of a wait due to limited staff, but it was well worth it. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The prices were affordable as well. Whenever I return to the area and need a car wash I will definitely visit this business. I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed!!"
