"While the front desk attendant was super sweet and her dad who also helped us we waited 30ish minutes to be shown a camper before I got frustrated and left. I understand that they may have been helping another person but it would have been nice if they would have let us know how much longer they would have been if something was taking longer than expected. In the end I felt as though because we weren’t pursuing a camper that day we were not of value to assist."
