"Need to launch your boat on the appalachacola river n beautiful wewahitchka fl? Look no further! This is the perfect place. It's close to the Dead Lakes but still a nice little ride up the river but worth it. So many people have enjoyed this area for fishing for so many years. Lands landing isn't just a boat ramp. They have very nice picnicking pavilions along with some playground equipment for the kids to play safely while Dad gets that boat lauched. The Restroom facilities there, from our previous experiences is to have your own supplies sense they rarely if ever have any toilet paper, soap and paper towels . It's not too too bad as far as cleanliness but definitely could be better. But hey it's a restroom and the nearest store being a 5 to 7 mins away well you may just be proud to have it all. Oh and the actual boat ramp itself is a smaller 1 boat at a time launch . Even if the river is very low we have never had any issues with launching her, as we have at some of the other local ramps"
