"Close to beach. Outdoor pools with 1 heated and one having hot tub. Close to shopping. Facility showing its age. Painting being done while we were there is helping. Path to units is open which is tough during windy winter. Wii -U’s in unit are obsolete and unrepairable. Most do not work. No beach chairs in winter, bring your own. Resort management only handles stuff for units they manage. If you’re renting from owner that makes checkin easier if they are responsive. Ours was. Only one elevator running per tower. Even off season we waited 20 minutes to get elevator when large parties with 3-4 carts were checking in. Pools and garage will be over flowing March thru June."

"3rd year coming and we have loved it. This year I am in my 3rd trimester and rode an elevator that apparently had such terrible technical issues it literally dropped the whole lot of us in the elevator shaft and then the buttons weren’t working. Being this far along and not being able to use an elevator is totally unacceptable and you’re lucky nothing happened to me or my unborn child. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with their terrible elevator service."

"The view and rooms were amazing. The pools were all opened and clean. The only down side is the elevators!! When rush hour on the floors you will be waiting a good 20 min to get on. Would not suggest for older or disabled, there is a lot of walking between car and hotel."

"Terrible customer service. Power went out for hours. Elevators were bad and almost broke down multiple times. Dishes were disgusting right at entrance. Check in was extremely disorganized. Do NOT come here if you are young. Highly don’t recommend"

"Condo was nice. The only issue was the door to the balcony was so hard to open and close. Literally had to put my entire body into opening and closing. The issue we had along with MANY others was the elevators. There is only TWO elevators in the entire building. We checked out on a Saturday morning and waited over an hour for an elevator. If you were on the first couple floors it wouldn’t be so bad to take the stairs, but when you are on the 16th floor that’s not an option. Especially when you have all your luggage. Overall I’d give it a 6/10."
