"We just returned from staying in unit 328. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. The air conditioners are impossible to adjust and are set very low so it was uncomfortably cold. The ice machine in the freezer does not work and there are no trays so you have to pay additional to buy bags of ice. The rugs at the entry, in the kitchen, and ESPECIALLY in the bathroom were filthy. There were dead bugs on the sconce lights in the bathroom. The furniture was old and stained. The golf cart was very noisy and had no power and I was afraid it would break down. When I told the rental company they were already aware of the problem but did not make us aware. This unit is in serious need of upgrades. I have stayed in venture out for years so this was very disappointing. For the money charged the condition of this unit is not acceptable."

"We've been going to venture out for the last several years for family vacation. We always have a wonderful time and love it there, it's a great family getaway. Mark and Rikka of venture out vacations rentals are the best. They have always taken wonderful care of us and we won't go anywhere else!"

"I loved Venture Out Vacation. I don't know what our original unit number was but the owners decided to stay in it and we got booted to another unit. I was very disgruntled at first but they fixed it very apologetically in the front office and even ended up upgrading our unit to serve our needs. The pools are nice and clean. I love where we were located being way down by St. Andrews made my husband feel like he wasn't right in the mix of PCB but we were also still close enough that a few minutes drive put us anywhere we wanted shop or eat. The beach access was not crowded at all. My boys all enjoyed fishing from the dock while the girls and I could lay at the pool. We had a great stay and will definitely come back."

"I recently stayed here with my entire team for the ASA World Series for 7 days. First let me say that the location was great and proximity to the beach was a plus. However, the unit I stayed in #578 was deplorable. How they can even agree to rent this place out is beyond me especially when charging the same rate as other units that are in much, much better condition. Here are the issues with this unit. 1. The ceiling height in the kitchen is 6 ft. and slopes down to less than that as you get near the fridge. 2. The kitchen is HIGHLY under equipped. Not even a spatula. With family with me I had planned to cook dinner a few nights to save on money but that was not even possible. I had to improvise the first morning just to make pancakes. I've stayed in extended stay hotels better equipped. 3. The toilet in the main bath was loose. And I felt like it was going to tip over. 4. The light in the upper bath barely worked, The pocket door was not on a slide so my kids had to fight to open and close it. 5. Yes there was a golf cart. And I understand that weekenders use it, but it was trashy compared to others. Seat torn up. 6. No parking, I had one truck and If I parked the truck in the drive there was no room for the cart. 7 . The grill was a joke, and again, not a single utensil to use it. 8. This unit was nothing more than a really old camper, with half ass additions built on to it. There is NO way I would stay in that unit again and I would definitely have to give it some real consideration if I would stay there at all again. Ventureout, I would think that the owners of these units would have to meet some type of minimum criteria to rent them out. You should reconsider unit 578."

"Such a fun way to do the beach on a budget. Great location. The unit we rented was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. It was roomy. Our unit also came with a golf cart which made it that much more fun. Golf cart can only be used in venture property but that got you across the street to the pool and beach access, it was perfect! We will be using this as our vacation site whenever going to PCB. Loved it!"
