Venture Out Beach Rentals

"This resort was the best we have been to. Everyone is more than friendly. Close to where the action is without being right in it. 2 minute golf cart ride from the beach."

"Like the venture out park and the home was beautiful but cleanliness was a major issue for us. It looked clean upon entering but we quickly realized only a very superficial cleaning was done. The toilet bowls looked clean but the seats were flipped up and upon lowering the seats I was horrified as there was dried caked urine on the hinges as well as feces and blood on the toilet seat and sides. I used an entire container of Lysol wipes to clean it and it was still dirty. All light switches and plates were black it took multiple Lysol wipes to clean them. After 20 mins my sons feet were black and the shower was full of mold/mildew (3 different types - orange black and white). We paid close to a 200 cleaning fee and I’m not sure what they actually cleaned. I had to spend several hours cleaning upon arriving to make it somewhat livable. Everything was just grimy even the kitchen chairs and table the refrigerator had an odor and wasn’t cleaned very well. So while the park is nice and some of the houses are beautiful I wouldn’t suggest staying here unless you don’t mind someone else’s grime or are prepared to spend the beginning of your vacation cleaning. I attempted to reach out to the company prior to posting this review but my message was ignored."

"Easy booking and checking in process. We've stayed here several times. I have not one complaint. The units are always clean and have appliances that work. The whole place is beautiful. The staff is so friendly!!! Best place to stay in PCB! The picture below is our latest rental unit in February 2021."

"We just wrapped up our second vacation at Venture Out and had a fantastic week! From what I have read on other reviews, they might have switched cleaning services recently. The cleanliness of our unit is my only complaint. The floor was sandy when we arrived, and if you walked barefoot in the house at all your feet were black. We cleaned as much as we could- if there had been a mop in the closet I would have mopped myself. With Covid19, I did go into the house before anyone else in my family to sanitize all high touch areas. I would not have felt comfortable staying here during this pandemic had I not done that. I was prepared, but it would have been so nice to walk into the house feeling confident that it was cleaned well. We did not experience that feeling this time. Pack flip flops or socks to wear in the house! Other than that, our trip was lovely. The beach is beautiful, the golfcart is lovely for getting around the property, and we had pleasant neighbors. I will still recommend Venture Out to friends and family, just with a warning that you might want to do some cleaning when you arrive!"
