""The Blue Park" in reference to the color of its kids structures. The playground is good for both littles and bigs, with some benches and a fair amount of shade. Sits on a slight slope so not the best East Hill Park for ball sports but is close to Bayou Texar and nice off-water breezes can be found here."
"Good park. It's a bit old and some of the playground is rusting through and could hurt the children not paying attention to such things. And a lack of parking tells me this is a park just for those who live close by and can walk to it. But generally it's a nice open area park that's will give the kiddos a place to play and run around."
