"This is about GE WXFE refrigerator water filters. Be advised that GE refrigerators WILL NOT work with these filters because they do not have the required electronic chip embedded in the plastic cover or the NFC circuit printed on the back of the filter label. Without that chip or circuit, the filter will not communicate with the refrigerator and you will receive an error code. Chem-Quip says they have a work-around for their filters, but that work-around or hack will not work with this particular filter. They did offer a 60% refund (not a full refund), and I would have to pay the return postage. I guess I expected a full refund since this could be construed as false advertising."
"Avoid! Business uses deceptive practices. They advertise being local but drop ship from China. When my order was never delivered they deny in every way possible not to refund or make it right."
