"Very disappointed with this company. I was wrongly accused of missing a payment so they deciding not to show up. I called and they explained that this is why they stopped service for 2 weeks and the pool was turning green. Perhaps a phone call would of been courteous. I emailed proof of payment and I was surprised that there was NO APOLOGY from them for screwing up!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"While from what I could see (when I was in residence) the company did it's job...when my tenants had complaints I was told by the company that they did not want my business any longer. Having been a business owner myself I cannot imagine telling a paying (automatic billing) customer that I was no longer willing to do business with them."
