"We called on Saturday to make an appointment and were scheduled for the following Tuesday. When I had not heard anything, I called and first was told that my appointment was for Wednesday. When I indicated that I was certain the appointment was made for Tuesday, I was then told that they were backed up and could not come out today/Tuesday. I asked why no one called me and I was told by the person (same one who made the appointment for me) that he just found out that morning; but I called in the afternoon to check. I asked why he didn't call and he said that he hadn't gotten around to it. He said he would check on scheduling and later called back and generally said they were busy and didn't know when they could get to us. So now we don't know if we will ever get them to come out or not."
