"Nice hotel in a convenient location, just north of Atlantic avenue and just east of Federal - close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are a decent size, the room's on the south side of the hotel tend to get less background noise from the train line. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is standard Hampton inn. Attractive lobby and nice pool area. Be aware of the $30 per day for parking"
"New hotel about 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 ish minutes to the downtown Atlantic Ave are. It's on the edge of the pineapple district Rooms are reasonably spacious. Nice bathrooms. Heated outdoor pool. Breakfast is nice and is varied, but there are some type of eggs, potatoes, meats, waffles, muffins, hot oatmeal cold cereal, muffins, breads and fruit. Only parking at the hotel is with the valet and currently charge 30 dollars per night"
"The hotel itself is very clean and well put together. The staff isn’t the most friendly and they try to make you feel like valet parking is the only option. You can actually find parking on NE 4th Ave across the street and it’s an easy one minute walk. If you’d rather have garage parking there’s a parking garage in the arts district that is $5 a night and it’s a 5-10 minute walk. Don’t let them bully you into valet park at $32 a night. Also, if you street park make sure they don’t charge you for valet parking because they just assume everyone does and will charge you. This happened to me but I was able to get a refund. Overall, great place to sleep but they just bully you into valet parking but that’s an easy fix."
"A new(ish) hotel in a super convenient location. Easy to walk to the main shopping and eating strip. The rooms and the rest of the facilities still have a new feel and smell. Air conditioning in rooms works great. Breakfast was one of the best I can remember from a Hampton Inn. Staff was average as they did not seem to be overly engaged with clients."
"Absolutely love this hotel. The is new and clean. The service is wonderful every individual I spoke to and seen are warm welcoming makes you feel at peace. The rooms are clean and spacious. Walking to your room you are passing by windows with beautiful sites. The only downfall is no microwave in the room but they allow you to use the microwave in the lobby. Magnificent!!!!! Place. I love the people who work here. Thank you so much"
