"My husband purchased chlorine liquid and paid 8.99 deposit for the container. When I returned it to get my deposit back they paid 2.50. Very dishonest company. I will not go back to pinch a penny.I've been useing them for many years."

"Patrick and Paul are super helpful and with their guidance I turned my nasty green pool to crystal clear. Sequoia tests my water and makes me feel welcome. I actually look forward to my visits because the crew is so helpful and fun."

"Absolutely wonderful service. I recently moved into a new property and the pool required quite a bit of work to get up and running. The staff (worked with Patrick and Hassan) here was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. They installed a new pool pump and salt water system with no issues. Additionally, Hassan went out of his way to teach us pool maintenance basics free of charge during the install. I highly recommend this location. Will definitely continue doing business with this team!"

"Paid over $5000 for a pool pump install. The pool pump was beat up pretty bad during install. Not sure if it will even work once its hooked up next week. They damaged the existing pool filter and it has been severely leaking for 2 weeks. They keep saying they will come to fix it and never show up. Called the support line bellow and no one will answer."
