"I bought a full upgrade of my pool, including all equipment. They never finished the job!!! The pentair equipment was not able to control. They tried to get it working but gave up. After I paid the final balance they did not return my calls, so I needed to contract another contractor who finished the job and got the equipment to finally work."

"I hired Mike to do a leak repair and acid wash. He seemed very nice at first, said he would seal Around the perimeter of the pool with grout at no charge. Well that meant he would have his son who had little experience do it after the pool was filled. I came home to find him using his finger hanging over the pool, dropping grout to the bottom ruining the just acid washed diamond bright. Also, While doing the acid wash they chipped the diamond bright around both drains. When I brought this to his attention he told ME to scrub it with a wire brush. That did not work. He then said he would try to get extra tile from another job and he would only charge me $10,000 to redo the tile. I tried reaching out several times with no response. It has since been 2 plus years and the tile is all popping off. The reason for the late review, well he screwed a friend of mine as well but I will leave them to make they’re own review. BEWARE"

"Showed up, promised a quote in two days it’s been 55 days. Called the office, the lady says they are too busy Texted mike. He says he’s working on it will get right back to me. It’s been almost two Months now and haven’t gotten anywhere. Terrible communication."
