"I am Joy winston, the Designer who sold this project. We promised to complete construction within 2 months from the start . I was clear we would start construction within 2 weeks of signing. This project was signed on August 21st, we began construction on August 31st and we filled this beautiful pool on October 27th. We actually finished BEFORE 2 months without delays. Photo attached I myself and all the team at DBC were in communication with you throughout your project. The owner./ builder of our firm personally communicated with you on multiple occasions. When presenting the choices for paver deck, I informed you of the challenges with natural stone. There are always variations in color are always present in natural stone, along with heavier maintenance issues. However, your decking turned out perfect. DBC employes many crews and teams that our teams that are unique to each area of expertise for each project. We are extremely detailed in describing the scope of work. We cover everything line item, by line, item by item. We have a lovely showroom where we can discuss all your selections together. Once we offer a proposal you can rest assured that nothing will change unless you the client changes it or there is an unforeseen issue.
