"The owner and service manager has no customer service skills would not let me speak would only over talk and was very disrespectful. Never giving me a straight answer only saying the policy. This is horrible experience with this company due to customer service always adding new charges. I was charged twice for a pool filter and they “lost “ the receipt when I sent them the bank statement their answer was that doesn’t specify anything. I would not trust this location with my bank information ever again! BECAREFUL WITH THERE BILLING!!"

"I should have known better. I do not know much about pool therefore I rely on them to do the work. Big mistake! When you go in the store they act professional and knowledgeable. Once you hire them to do the job communication and knowledge go up to the roof. I am very disappointed and ashamed that I used them. They were supposed to resurface my pool. I went there pick up the tiles and I was told that I will be receiving an email. Never received an email. I went back and they told me tht they were going to send the email. Never received the email. They are fast talker because of that I went back and have them service my pool. After another company resurface it The guy only showed up for 3 days and that was it. No call no show. Oh well! You got me. You mess it up for the next person. Very disappointed because I trusted you. Shame on you guys.."

"On MULTIPLE occasions I have had to make phone calls to this place about the service being provided. My pool attendant is probably one of the worst and laziest employees I have ever had to work with (although very polite). The pole with the net sat at the bottom of the pool or hanging over the safety fence multiple times (which can damage the fence as it’s made of vinyl), on one occasion I realized he had not come alrhough he insisted he had (of which's I am 100% certain he hadn’t because not only was I home, but I also have motion cameras that alert through the app on my phone)… nothing ever came of it. On another occasion , I called to notify that there was some yellowish mildew on the pool walls because it clearly Has never been brushed. The company sent him back out and he passed over it in 30 seconds and left. Guess what? The mildew was still there . He never checks the water content, didn’t tell me when the skimmer was malfunctioning, throws the salt in and it just collects at the bottom of the pool… And the list goes on. All of these events have been brought to the attention of the store manager and I was not able to get a new pool attendant or any corrections. I was hoping at least it would have gotten better after my last call but clearly, I am expendable as a customer. I am talking my business to a company that hopefully does a better job and values their customers."
