"They came out on 2 different occasions to fix leaks in our pool. The second time they came out they had to replace the skimmer, and both times did a great job. With the skimmer repair they also put down new concrete on top to match, and did an amazing job with no real input or management from us. They exceeded our expectations and their prices were average or slightly under average... so they bring a ton of value for fairly low pricing imo. I wiil work with them again if I need something for my pool, and have already recommended them to others."

"Our pool had leaks and it was outdated since we bought the house. Younique was recommended though a neighbor post, and I call them. Joey, the owner, came personally to present me the company and to make the estimate. He explained everything in detail from A to Z, he tailored a project according to my budget but also described and presented all the upgrading options. I chose them and could not be happier. They do not charge a penny until they started. They started exactly at the date they told me, keep me informed of every step, completed each phase of the project on time, completed all details Joey went through with me during the quote, and took care of everything in excellent fashion. "I had Joey from Younique pools replace my motor to my Jandy pump year ago and charge me $500.00 to replace the motor and seals. The motor started one week ago making this loud noise which the bearings went out. I called Joey and said it would be under warranty. The service guy came out and removed the motor and was told by the manufacturer that it had water damaged and was not covered. I told the service guy and how is that my fault if you installed the motor, so you must of installed incorrectly that it got water damage. Of course he recommended that I speak to Joey. Two days later a lady from his office called me, stating he would give a $100.00 off the $500.00 for the inconvenience. I stated why should I pay if you cause the damage from improper installation that that cause the water damage. Again I was told I need to speak to Joey, of course no call from Joey. So I went to Pinch a Penny in Pines and bought a new motor and the service person installed the motor and found the seal they used which I found on the ground by the pump was the wrong seal to the shaft which caused the water to enter the motor. He showed me the proper seal by Jandy and installed it and assembled the motor for me to install onto the pump. Everything went in smoothly and ran perfectly with no water leaks anywhere. I then called Younique pools again to let them know that the seal they installed was incorrect which cause the water leak to the motor. Again I will speak to Joey about the issue. Finally Joey called in the afternoon and was not understanding but rude and said that I should not believe the pool company which is Pinch a Penny and that he didn't install the incorrect seal and that he doesn't need my business. He wouldn't even let me explain or look at the seal that he installed to see if it wrong. I guess he got so big that he doesn't need me or Pinch a Penny anymore. What ever they promise you, believe me they will find every excuse not to honor it."
