"Grossly incompetent pool company. 2 months now they’ve let a pool (ESPORTA CAPE CORAL) they have under contract to maintain just languish. Twice this year they have done a repair and then something else breaks further extending the repair time. Now they refuse to schedule the repair because they don’t have the people to do it. Literally anyone else could maintain your pool better!"

"We have used Pool Troopers for our pool service for 20 years. We are only at our Florida home (from Illinois) every 6-8 weeks and depend on PT completely. Today, Christian explained the settings of our multi-speed motor and interaction with the pump and heater, which I had never understood in full. He was so patient with me and went over different scenarios so I am comfortable. The maintenance was done perfectly as well. In addition, PT responds to my concerns and calls in between visits. We are very pleased with their pool care."
