Only missed a couple of visits during hurricanes, but showed up immediately thereafter for servicing. They have rapidly and professionally replaced all inoperable parts, like our pump and pool heater when needed. All services are charged at very reasonable rates. Couldn't be happier."

"we've had true blue service our swimming pool for about a year or so now and they've completely destroyed our pool. It's riddled with colbolt, and due to the recklessness of the pool service guy John, there's now a crack in our finish and the pool is draining rapidly, we might have to fill it in, throughout the entire time John has been serving our pool The water has almost been unbearable to go in the pH was always way off and he would put too much chemicals (tabs) in which would cause myself and the younger children in my family to get chemical burns, I have called true blue's main office with complaints multiple times but they've never done anything about it, we've also shared our concerns with the service guy John and his response was "then don't go in the pool" I am Beyond frustrated with this company and highly recommend that you do not choose them to service your pool because they will mess it up 10/10 Terrible company. And terrible employees who obviously don't care to do their job."
