"Don't often write reviews but this was so bad that i felt the need to let any other person searching for a pool company to beware. Pool basket that is meant to keep leaves out of the pool pump was removed and lead to pool pump becoming clogged and damaged. Reached out several time to no answer. Was told service includes brushing,skimming,Vaccuming and chemicals the only thing that was done at my pool was chemicals. We have a security camera in the back yard so we are able to see what they did and didnt do and the duration of how long they spend working on the pool. My pool filter has also be damage during there time servicing the pool. I have never had so many issues with a pool company before. They take no responsibility for anything that is damage. I would highly recommend going to any other company."
