"And I would not recommend this place. Several people in my community have been talking about it, and I was trying to give them a chance. I could not do it anymore. The chemicals were so often my pool it could’ve damaged it. I constantly had an issue with algae growing and there was only Band-Aids ever put on it. It was never really been correct. Always excuses. It would’ve been nice to have the same regular technician coming out because then they would’ve been more familiar but sending a different person every single time pretty much was not working for us."

"We have been using this pool for about a year and things were going great. All of a sudden something has changed we cannot get a regular technician to come out regularly. It's ALWAYS somebody different lots of inconsistencies, rudeness, lies, and just down right disrespect. Then we find out our pool is not really been maintained. Pool levels are way off and algae keeps growing. We couldn't do it anymore- we said no more- after talking to lots of neighbors ; we're not the only ones experiencing the same problem in our community with this location -never again and nor will I recommend. Don’t waste your time and money."

Renee was extremely helpful and professional, and very knowledgeable and responsive when prompted with questions. She made my decision an easy one. Paul was nothing than great when he installed everything, and even though it was late by the time he completed the installation, he was willing to walk me through everything. Highly recommend"

"They helped bring my pool back to life 11 more months of the year! We recently moved into new home and pool needed a lot of work. Did bare minimum as focused on interior of home initially. Got multiple quotes to install heater and fix slow leak. No other shop could handle the full service without sneaking in an additional few hundred dollar$ to “diagnose” issues before even proposing solutions. Not with these folks! Everything handled from beginning to end via calls and a few texts as I was trying to pick right options for me. Ended out with pool heat pump, variable speed pump (with teco rebate thanks to Renee) and smart pump wifi control to boot. Old house needed electricity work to install heat pump and they even hooked me up with certified electrician that same week. Now pool is functional & kiddos swimming year round! With few extra bucks ended up calling back months later for automatic pool cleaner and experience was just as seamless. If busy like me & just want to work with ppl you can trust to get the job done at a good price (minus the back & forth, missed appts and bs that I’ve experienced with other companies) give them a call!
