"Title: Poor Service and Unexpected Charges at Bay Area Gymnastic School I am writing to express my disappointment with Bay Area Gymnastic School, not only due to the poor service but also an unexpected financial issue. Initially, I encountered a lack of enthusiasm and assistance from the staff. Their indifferent attitude made it challenging to get answers to basic questions. The classes were disorganized, often rescheduled at the last moment, with little to no communication about these changes. Moreover, after one year of enrollment, I was unexpectedly charged $160 without a clear explanation. This lack of transparency in billing is unacceptable and adds to the frustration of dealing with the school. The facility, though equipped, was not maintained to expected standards, particularly in terms of cleanliness. Considering the premium fees charged, one would expect a higher level of service and professionalism. This experience has been deeply unsatisfying and I hope this feedback prompts necessary changes at the Bay Area Gymnastic School."

"My daughter has been attending camps and done a few private lessons. Staff are young professionals, energetic and calm. They really seem to like working with the children and keep everyone happy and engaged during the camps. Online sign-ups and pay makes it quick and easy to sign up for classes and camps. Private lessons are reasonably priced and help kids advance to the next level. The owner is friendly and responsive."
