"First class @6am was very disappointing 1st impression!! instructor was there @6. No time to explain anything really to first timers , room was dark and she was way too quick to judge if not done right as she “explained “ it. Giving it another chance next time with different instructor.. maybe it will be a different experience and I will come back again.."

"If you’re a bored house wife with nothing else to do I guess this place is fine but if you want a good workout I’d go somewhere else. I only tried this because they don’t offer Solidcore in Tampa yet and I really wish I didn’t waste $35. I hadn’t taken the intro class because I’ve taken reformer classes for over a year and instead of just quickly telling me what to do the instructor acted like I was insane and was condescending. I really wanted to leave after she scolded me for walking over the machine like I was a child. All of this and I didn’t even feel any of the workout other than the TRX portion. Also they text you consistently is so annoying. So I’d give your exes number instead."

"Pretty bummed, I was told all of the coaches were trained to modify for pregnancy but all they ask is if you want a little block for your back for 2-3rd trimester. After being kicked out of a class at 10 weeks pregnant I was told I can only take their two lightest classes. I was told by other instructors to take a variety of classes and was truly under the impression they were educated to modify with me throughout my pregnancy. I really enjoyed going and it was meant to keep me moving through pregnancy as well as aid my mental health. Unfortunately for the prices they charge I really can’t recommend this for pregnant women. They aren’t educated enough to allow you in higher intensity classes so there’s not point in paying a ridiculous price to go to the same class over and over again. I do appreciate the manager allowing me to cancel my membership since the terms were not properly disclosed but they need to create a pamphlet to educate moms on what to expect from the membership. I essentially paid $199 + $50 club fee for 4 classes since I didn’t know I couldn’t take all but 2 of their classes. Huge rip off:("
