"This is an amazing place to take children 11 and under. As a mom you can totally kick your feet up and relax if you don't have a toddler or a child under 5 that requires constant supervision. It was amazing because as I said in several other reviews, the weather was hot and humid. I'm so thankful the water was not also hot but was cool and the kids totally enjoyed themselves. There is a water gun that sits outside of be water there is a play area I can say that can be utilized by 11 and under. There was a ton of leaves inside of the water, but that was totally fine considering how hot it was. It was not overly packed store filled with yes. The only thing I thought was a bit odd was the very large Grasshoppers and or crickets. I am from Seattle are grasshoppers do not get that big. The Grasshoppers were at least 3 to three and 1/2 in maybe bigger. It was alarming the first time that I've seen them realizing they weren't jumping or running or hopping away, that was a bit scary. Also once we got into the pool area and the splash pad Park, I did find the Grasshoppers were there as well they were quite comfortable with us and we're not trying to get away quickly. They were all over the grounds the bark the chairs and quite a few of the kids found their belongings right beside a cricket dad had decided to hang out next to their things. We did catch one just to get a better look at it and found that he didn't really panic but instead spread These Wings that happened to be a sort of pinkish color and we did let him go but that was a totally scary experience. Aside from that, I totally amazing place to visit. You have to take advantage of this place especially if you're staying at the union Resort it's free there is a also a pool and there's no better way to spend your day then to soak your feet in nice cool water in this hot weather I suggest you go"
