"Well i’ve been coming here for like 2 or 3 years on and off and honestly every time somebody was rude to me. but today was my last straw i walked in and nobody greeted me asked me what service i wanted to get done , i came inside and said hello and they all just stared at me looking dumb ."

"THE WORST nail salon, idk if they are professionals because this is NOT OKAY my sister always goes here but after this last time NEVER AGAIN , they cut all of my sisters cuticles ….. & didn’t even bother saying sorry or even cleaning up the blood….. & now after a couple days look how ugly & clumpy the nails look…. WORST NAIL SALON ."

"I asked for a soak off and the lady who attended me have no idea what she is doing. Completely ruined my nails and my nails even looked not finished. My nail bed is thin as it gets that it hurts so much. Been going here for years and never complain but I’m sure not going back to her."

"I often go in for funny bunny and 2/10 times I get the right color. They give me different types of white, when I tell them to make sure its the right one because I don't want anything but the right one. Yet when I complain, they won't refund or fix it,they want to charge me again . Stop lying and be honest that you don't have it or buy it from the actual manufacturer. This is the color it turned into the next day. Even when they were putting the color on I asked them again because it looked different . I'm just going to save my time and go to another nail place because its not like they even provide a great Customer service. They wanted me to feel bad about tipping a certain amount because 2 girls split the work. NO , they didnt HAVE to split the work. Just save yourself the time and go to a different place or stick to one person there that you trust . Not all are bad . I have my favorites and that was my mistake... Not going to the people I knew do a good job and don't play with their customers this way."

"My nails came out beautiful. Im from tampa so had my nails done by them during vacation. Some reviews were bad so i was skeptical. Once i got there it was about a 5min wait and the younger girl did my nails. They came out beautiful and i got to try a blue nail polish that changes with the temperature. I will recommend to anyone"
