"This salon is spacious, very clean and organized. The stylists dressed in matching black outfits give it a professional vibe. The receptionist is very sweet and accommodating. Sadly, I cannot report on the quality of their services. I had made an appointment for mani/pedi and when I arrived I was told that the nail technician was running a little late with her previous client, which is fine; however, 20+ minutes later I was still waiting with no update in sight, so I cancelled the appointment and left. I understand that I was just a new client, but I don't think that keeping someone waiting for almost half an hour is a good way to gain a new clientele. I wish them the best and I'll simply take my business elsewhere."
