"First off i love CVS! Main reason is that is probably the best store to use coupons. If you learn how to use them properly ir will save your wallet a lot! I recommend to subscribe to CarePass membership- For me is the only membership worth ever. And is actually free since you pay 5$ and you get 10$. This Specific store is good even though they need to renew some registers there."

"CVS pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I had a prescription approved by the doctor and insurance provider yet they still chose not to give me the medicine for my son. I went 5 times and each time they treated us like garbage. They should close the pharmacy or change the personnel immediately. I rather use Walgreens or Navarro who are more professional. Hope management sees this message and acts on it."

"The representative at CVS y Mas Store #00113 provided abysmal customer service. She ignored my request to pick up my daughter's photos, prioritizing other customers. After a 10-minute wait, she comes back, identified herself as the manager ELO, but still didn't provide the photos. This incident revealed poor customer service and questionable management."

"Once again issue with the same pharmacy employee at the prescription window . Not sure what her name is but she has light eyes and looks like dirty blond hair She is rude and un empathetic toward the customers need! She advise me that my medication was ordered because it was too expensive?! Well that’s what I have insurance for so how is that my problem ? She could not even give me a time when it would be arriving and even stated that it might not even arrive tomorrow! No direction no follow through nothing but attitude ! Yolanda is the only employee at this location that seems to know what she’s doing ,, again shame on you CVS your 2.9 rating is well deserved based on employees like this you lady Of there is any manger reading this and would like to further investigate this issue, this lady was working at 230 pm at the prescription drop off on September 7 2023"
