"My insurance forces me to use CVS. They are all slow and understaffed. I tried to pick up my prescription today and after 10 minutes the line maybe moved 3 feet. I had to leave. I refuse to have meds mailed to me. They are too important."

The pharmacy technicians on duty were very kind and patient with me and extremely helpful when giving me my prescription! "I love the CVS pharmacy. Everybody is so sweet and nice to me. I’ve been going there for years and they help me with all my medication. They truly care when I get certain medication for me knowing that I had surgery and if I have any problems with my medication, they always call me on the phone I have been going to CVS pharmacy for years and I won’t go nowhere else but here."

"If you like waiting on hold for an hour at a time to get a simple pharmacy related question answered, then this is the place to call. They take FOREVER to answer the phone - whether it's busy or not, whether the pharmacy literally just opened or if they're about to close. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, it's like they're allergic to answering the phone. It's unacceptable from a costumer service standpoint in general, but it's ESPECIALLY unacceptable considering that this is a pharmacy dealing with people's health. Smh. Pathetic."

"I kept bringing my scripts here because it was the closest location. The lady with the long brown hair has the worst attitude and she moves at a snails pace. She's works often enough to make the whole experience miserable. I was very ill once and needed to fill a prescription. I knew the way the entire staff works hard at getting as little as possible done, so after I called a few times on the regular line, I called the physician line. She picked up. When she found out why I was calling, she told me to call the other line and refused to help me any further until I did. She didn't answer when I called back, so I had to crawl to the CVS and fill my prescription. Only to be told I'd need to come back on Monday. It's the worst business I've ever experienced. I can't believe I kept going back for so long. I had about experience today waiting in line... Decided just to go to the one by Baptist mans write this as a good riddence."
