"Be wary! Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for myself and a friend over 2 weeks in advance. Three hours before the appointment they phoned to say they made a mistake and my technician wasn’t available. They arranged for another technician to take my appointment then phoned back an hour later to say it wasn’t going to work and wanted to change my time. I no longer felt confident dealing with these people and canceled both appointments. If they can’t get the appointment right, imagine how badly they can screw up the eyelashes!"

"I've been getting routine lash lifts every 6 weeks for over a year and have been an Amazing Lash Studio member (in NJ) since 2017. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and incompetence in all my years coming to this corporation. My lash tech insisted on cleaning up the tint she got on my lid with WATER. She used water on the are she had just applied the lash lift chemicals to. As you can imagine, this burned so badly. I told her her it burned and that I thought you couldn't get them wet for 24 hours...she gave me a fan and said you can't get extensions wet but lash lift is fine and almost trying to prove a point, she continued to pour water on my eye causing SEVERE pain. The pain only intensified and I ended up in the ER with a cornea abrasion and impaired vision. I tried calling the salon several times and left several messages and here we are 4 days later.. NOTHING. Spare yourself the pain and go elsewhere."

"Ashley was truly awesome. Not only do my lashes look amazing but she was so kind, gentle & did the fastest full set I’ve ever had! She was detail oriented though & asked relevant questions along the way making it evident that she’s passionate about her clients & services. Thank you!"

"I paid for multiple months of membership but was unable to use them due to having a newborn, now they are refusing to honor the credits. Over $350 I have paid them with no service. This is terrible business. I'd suggest using a real salon for extensions as you'll spend the same amount with much better and more professional service."
