"From St.Pete and needed my hair highlighted back to blonde. I called a few places around my area and they were charging 300 or more. This place “The Stylists” got back to me very quickly. Stating that their highlights costs 220. So i booked with this place because they were the cheapest out of all the places i called. As i’m getting my hair washed a lady comes up to me asking if i can pay because she was leaving. Still at the wash station, she brings me my purse to have me pay. Without me even getting up she states my hair total is 370!!!! i Paused i truly didn’t know what to say. i was charged 125 extra for products that they said i needed. But all the other times i’ve never had those treatments done. It would’ve been nice to know before we started that 125 dollars worth of products were being added. I was charged for shadow roots and a biolage, I SPECIFICALLY STATED NO BIOLAGE. So i was told 220 and walked about paying 450 dollars. (Including tip) To highlight my hair from brown to blonde it took from 2pm-9:15pm at night. (I’m okay with bc i love my hair now, but i was told it would take 4hours). Overall the service from the women was good. They were so nice and caring. And Kesenia who dyed my hair was awesome. I just wish they would’ve told me about the extra charges because i’m only 23, i can barely even afford food lol. I would have never went to this place if i would’ve know it was going to cost me 500 bucks. That’s a month is rent for me. And also why i put getting my hair off for 2 years. bc i was saving up. Oh well lesson learned, ALWAYS ASK BEFORE HAND WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE PUTTING IN YOUR HAIR.. Don’t let this shy you away from coming. If you have the money and time and are willing to pay you will love your hair."
