"2 things important to know about this hair salon : -a client is only a way to make more money so be ready to wait a long long time even if you have an appointment. -i felt that i was not treated the same way and i wondered just because i didn't speak spanish. i had the appointment and I was the first there and even if i was the first, the 3 others ladies were served before me.. what i really didn' t understand cause it wasn' t fair! Then i show the picture of what i wanted and the ladie said "yes i can do that for you".. and you see the result! I had 3 times some bleach on my head and a black color at the root to "make the effect" but what effect ?..when you see the result! I was there from 10 am until 16:30pm- no welcoming services (no bottle of water..but yes, coffee just for "regular customers") = damaged a lot my hair and i have red, kind of grey, blond and brown now! The result is just HORRIBLE. Unfortunately i can't put any picture in this post to show you. Just never go there!"
