Tuto's Barbershop

"I was a walk-in, they found a barber for me within a few minutes. They paired me up with a Colombian guy who barely spoke English. I tried to use a google translate to communicate with him. He edged my cut with no lubricant. which was brutal. I told him that I had jell in my hair from earlier today and to use scissor to cut my hair on the top. But he used mostly the clippers. His scissors were not sharp at all and pulled my hair as he cuts. He didn’t use any shaving cream for edging my beard and sides and he used this black hair die stuff to color in my beard which looked ridiculous. I went home, washed up and looked at my hair. This guy cut my hair short enough to see spots of scalp all across the top of my head. I know that I have a bald spot but this hair cut made me feel kinda of terrible. Dude needs more experience! He his is unacceptable! If I’m paying 40+ for a cut, well damn! make the experience worth paying and not regretting. This was my first bad experience here. I can’t seem to find my Barber because they constantly relocate. I paid $7 for a hair cut in Vietnam a few weeks back and he had better sense to prepare and cut properly. I had more hair than this around the top of my head man! The experience was bad enough for me to write this. Picture on the left (taken on Dec 5) was the hair cut I wanted, the picture on the right was the haircut I got (Taken on Dec 29). I’m a human being man! Not a Training Dummy!!"

"I began to bring my son here for about a year now. I noticed overtime my son would try to get a hair cut the barber would pass him down to the newbie’s. Many times the haircut and hairline would be crooked or cut off. It’s dissatisfying, when you address your concerns and they catch an attitude with you."

"I am surprised to see reviews saying great prices- yesterday my 16 year old son got his hair cut, as a walk-in, and was charged $35 for a basic fade on the sides without any real work to the top of the hair. His line up is over cut on one side. Overall, not impressed. I feel as though they took advantage of a kid getting his haircut, as they don’t have their prices posted. Oh but he got a discount code for his next haircut? No thank you."
