"I didn’t get what I asked for at all. I was discouraged from getting the violet that I requested. I asked for dark brown and I got red. That’s not what I asked for. I got way more highlights than I wanted and more blonde highlights but I asked for a dark Carmel and even showed my hair stylist what color I wanted. Not likely I will go back. I can get better results for cheaper elsewhere."

"This was my first and LAST trip to this place! SHE SCALPED ME!!! I wanted my hair short and even took in pictures of the style my hair was to be cut. She (Can't remember her name) took very little interest in looking at pictures. I even had one pic that was too short and told her so but she goes chopping away. After the first couple of chops, I knew it was too late to say anything. SHE was scissor happy!! Then when she is done, she says 'Want shorter?'" I said "NO, it is too short NOW. It is suppose to be LONGER!" No apology or anything! Just shuffled me out of the fast as she could. Where do they get these people. I have got my hair cut in the Apopka area 4 different times and NOBODY has cut my hair correctly. I've had it cut this style many times before. IT"S NOT A HARD STYLE FOLKS!!!!!!"
