"All the beauty care places in Florida are crap Deland Beauty Care included. I'm from Atlanta so we have beauty supply stores everywhere and they are not high. With all these black women down here you would think they would have more places that we could go to for haircare. I notice they barely have salons for women of color here. It sucks."
