"This pool is not suitable for families with small children who don't swim. There is only vertical ladder or a lift chair for entry. I requested a refund within 24 hours of joining and was told I needed to have doctor's note, pay their bank fees and wait three weeks for the "board" to process the refund. The "board" consists of the office manager as president, his wife as treasurer and one other person. Don't go here unless you think you'll never need to deal with the office."
