"I took my niece here to get her nails done and they had to re do them twice. She wanted french tips and the man rushed through her nails and they were extremely uneven. When I very nicely if someone could fix all of the inconsistencies, they were visibly upset and proceeded to be extremely rude and rough with my niece (who is a child) while she was fixing her nails. I payed and left a good tip while she finishing up, and She ended up not doing the french tips as she kept rushing and they looked awful. If you are not the greatest at a design I wish they would have said that from the beginning, instead She still charged me extra for the tips which we didn't receive, and was raising her voice at me when I asked her to speak in a respectful tone to my niece, while also arguing with me that she isn't a kid (she's barely 14). Regardless of you thinking she is a kid or not, there is no reason to be rude because my niece was being nothing but kind to this lady. She also decided to clip her cuticles at the end of the service after I asked her to calm down, leaving my niece bleeding on multiple fingers."

"I had a great experience at Happy nails. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. My kids also really enjoy going. Tom did a wonderful job and I will always ask for him when I go back."

"I've been searching for someone who could do my nails as good as Daniel just did them! Not only was he incredibly sweet, but he was so patient and kind. He took his time with me and wasn't in a rush to get me out the door so he could take the next customer. I felt very at home here. Like I was family!! They were all so friendly and really funny to be around. Great experience for sure and I will most definitely be coming back!!!"

"Update: Great service with dipping powder a year+ ago. It isn’t great as of recently. I got a refill (from a different shop) on 8/16. A nail broke into the nail bed on 8/18 while cooking. I got it fixed on 8/19. Another nail broke on 8/23 while on the couch. Two breaks within a week is crazy! Not to mention my gel toes look more than a week old as well. The owner is nice but I won’t be back and can’t recommend the shop. Maybe people have better experiences with other techs or services; I just can’t relate."

"I loved my experience here. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. The place was nice and clean. Everyone is so friendly and it felt like a real family environment. She did an amazing design and the prices are great. I will be back."
