"I came in for a simple manicure to let my nails breathe in between services. I’ve come to this location in the past but have gotten either OK or sub par service. I tried this place again due to conveniently located near my office. The nail tech spent no more than 10 minutes taking off the prior gel polish and cleaning up my nails. Then asked if I wanted to buff it since I didn’t want any color. I said sure. After 12 minutes, I was told “thank you- have a good day”. For a basic manicure/ no color- I paid $30. There was an additional up charge for a buff. When I asked the owner if there was an additional charge upon hearing the total he told me “yes, if you don’t want it then next time say you don’t”. Wow, stellar service for asking a pricing question. Super defensive, I would have paid it either way. My nails were not filed evenly. One of the nails wasn’t filed at all. Nails are not even the same shape. Not sure what I paid for since I also pointed out when the old nail polish was still on one hand on 4 of the nails."
