"I have been through three owners of the Hair Den prior to Rick Harjung taking ownership 20 years ago. Needless to say, I've experienced a number of professionals. I am 73 years old....I only live 5 minutes from the shop so it is convenient...BUT there's way more than that. I've gone through a number of hair styles and colors and until Rick got into my hair, I was never totally happy. I thought it was just me until I realized Rick listened and gave me honest advice. He challenged me to let him do cuts that I had rejected because I thought my ears needed to be covered since they do stand out....I have found that my short, easy to care for and actually very attractive cuts are fun and I no longer pay attention to my "prominent" ears. I love it !. I wear big bold earrings and slap on some "warpaint" and guess what ???? I GET COMPLIMENTS...."Who does your hair?" I've been through a round of great color and decided I'd let it go back to my "natural" for a while. I can always change it and Rick is always ready to advise. He won't steer you wrong....if it is not right for you...he doesn't hesitate to tell you....If you insist, he'll do it, but if it you don't like the results, it's on you ! I recommend Fox's Hair Den and Rick Harjung....give him a chance and feel better about yourself. There is also a great manicurist on sight... treat yourself and make an appointment. PS: Rick and Diana have many male clients. I was there today and a very nice gentleman had just received a pedicure. Fox's Hair Den...remember your toes and fingers along with your hair...Diana would love to make you feel better, too. I take my husband with me since his barber retired...Rick does a wonderful job on the "guy stuff" including beard...If any of you know Harry from Harry's Fix-it Shop...that's him. His friends tease him about going to the "beauty parlor"...but he looks great and doesn't mind the teasing...I make appointments for both of us at the same time. Thank You, Rick !!!"
