"Update, the following day the assistant manager had Laura try to fix my hair. I spent a while there and she definitely tried her best, it did look a lot better. I ended up just going over with a dark brown at home because I was not happy. I did get a refund. Hopefully the next person has a better time. Both Laura and the assistant manager were so nice and I appreciate their kindness. First off, I booked an appointment online via their website for a full foil appointment. I was originally supposed to be with Valerie but she continued to make comments that she wasn’t going to have time to do my hair. I proceeded to say if you don’t want to do my hair fine, I’ll leave. I was completely fine with leaving and booking somewhere else. I just wanted to refresh my current highlights. So Gina proceeds to tell me to sit in her chair, she was nice and she looked at my hair and both of them asked what I was wanting to do. I originally had something else in mind but didn’t want to impose on them more than I already was when Valerie kept mentioning time. Mind you my appointment was at 615 and she (Valarie) was still finishing up a client when I walked in the doors at 617. So I just tell them I want my roots to be touched up, and that Tammy did my hair last time, so they new what toner to use from that previous appointment. When my hair was being foiled Valarie was almost a sleep on the drying chairs, she apparently works two jobs and was exhausted which was one of the other reasons she did not want to do my hair. Fast forward while being rinsed, I felt water run down my back which has never happened, but I just didn’t really care. It was bound to happen. When I am done and my hair has been trimmed, Gina asked if I wanted my hair blow dried, which I figured was a given any time you do color. So your client can be wowed by how it came out. During the whole time she never once mentioned to me that my shirt had been ruined from the bleach that ran down my back from when she was shampooing me. I have had my hair done so many times and have never had a shirt ruined. Yea a few bad haircuts but never color and my shirt ruined. For a full foil for my hair, it seemed light on the foils, but I didn’t say anything because I had someone who has been doing 24 years of hair working on me, so I was trusting the process. I get home an notice my shirt is ruined by bleach, and that I didn’t get the full foils I wanted. I have posted pictures of what my hair looks like."
